Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about how we teach.

Below are the questions our learning advisors hear most often. If you don't find what you need, contact us at info@upswingproductions.com.

No. Upswingproductions is an education company only. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant or money manager. We do not custody client funds, do not place trades for students, and do not sell signals or copy-trading services.

No legitimate education company can guarantee market performance, and we will never make that claim. Our courses focus on analysis frameworks, risk management and behavior. Outcomes depend on each learner's discipline, capital, time horizon and the markets themselves.

Adults 18+ residing in the United States who want a structured, education-first introduction to stock, crypto or FX markets. Our material works equally well for someone who only wants market literacy and for someone who plans to actively trade in their own self-directed account.

Not for the educational material itself. Practical exercises use historical data and simulated environments. If you eventually open a self-directed account, we encourage you to choose a U.S.-regulated brokerage independently — Upswingproductions does not receive referral compensation from any broker.

Each enrolled program includes a 14-day educational satisfaction window. If you have completed less than 25% of the modules and are not satisfied with the content, contact us within 14 days for a refund of the program fee. Refund details are confirmed in writing at the time of enrollment.

We collect only the information needed to respond to your inquiry and provide the program you requested. We do not sell personal data. Read our full Privacy Policy for U.S.-state-specific rights including CCPA/CPRA.

Both. Each module includes structured recorded lessons. Workshops and capstone reviews are scheduled live during U.S. business hours and are recorded for students who cannot attend.

We offer scheduled written feedback on capstone projects from senior instructors. We do not provide trade signals, individual advisory services, or "mentorship" packages that promise outcomes. That separation is a core part of our methodology.
